Cancellation Policy

Consultation Terms & Conditions To provide a high level of service to all our clients, we maintain a strict booking schedule. Notice Period: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or changes. Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 25% of the consultation fee. No-Shows: If our consultant arrives at the site and cannot gain access or the client is not present, the full booking fee may still apply. The cost of your Virtual Tree Advice is fully deductible from the final balance of any subsequent Full Report booked within 30 days. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: We reserve the right to reschedule on-site appointments in the event of extreme weather conditions (e.g., high winds or amber/red weather warnings) that compromise safety. In such cases, or in the event of genuine unforeseen emergencies, no cancellation fee will apply, and we will work with you to find the earliest possible alternative date. Cancellation & the Credit: This credit is a promotional discount tied to the completion of a full on-site service. If you cancel your on-site appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend, the discount is forfeited. The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the full service price, and the virtual advice credit cannot be used to offset the cancellation fee.
